  • An RDN, aka A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, is a credentialed healthcare professional with formal training in nutrition & dietetics. RDNs provide evidence-based dietary guidance, nutrition counseling, and support to patients, promoting their health and wellness.

  • Registered Dietitian has bachelor’s degree, completion of an extensive nutrition curriculum in biological sciences, organic chemistry, nutrition, public health, food science, management, psychology and counseling. RD’s must complete a 1200 hour residency internship program,  pass a national registration exam, and 75 continuing professional education credits per five-year cycle. In addition, RDS CAN offers specialties in areas of gerontological nutrition, oncology nutrition, sports dietetics, and diabetes and weight management. 

    Health Coach is not regulated and often are anyone from a fitness trainer to a PhD in nutritional science or someone who is looking to learn more about general health modalities. Often the health coaching certifications run between 6-months and 12-months.

    Kimberly Odom-Ellis is an RD with a background in health coaching and combines her clinical science background with life coaching principles.

  • The Daily Detox is a sustainable lifestyle approach to eating and living to optimize the body’s natural detoxification pathways, balancing blood sugar levels and managing healthy weight. It is not a short-term “detox” but rather a way of life. And yes, wine is allowed!

All 3 packages offer a customized nutrition protocol based on health needs, 1:1 nutrition education presentations pertaining to your protocol, weekly accountability check-ins, nutrition & physical activity analysis, lab work analysis, customized macronutrient profile, a kitchen detox, and much more.

Package three offers weekly accountability check-ins, 1:1 nutrition education, nutrition & physical activity analysis, lab work analysis, customized macronutrient profile, kitchen detox.

    Consider Package Three you complete a transformation package. This is perfect for clients with 15 or more pounds to lose and looking to management weight for good!

  • Cost per package will be provided during the 15-minute complimentary consult call. You will receive a pdf flyer via email shortly after the 1:1 call with detailed information on each package, pricing and payment plans offered.

  • Yes, payment plans can be arranged and discussed during the 15-minute complimentary consultation.

  • To determine if your insurance covers dietitian services, contact your insurance provider and inquire about your specific plan's coverage for nutrition consultations. Be sure to ask about any required referrals or pre-authorizations needed for reimbursement.

  • All meetings are conducted through a HIPAA compliant electronic medical record software.

  • Clients receive personalized nutrition assessments, estimated energy needs (aka Macros), meal plans, and educational documents pertaining to their individualized needs.

    Additional materials for recipes, clean beauty and lifestyle recommendations, supplement recommendations if any are needed, etc.

  • Each session offers an individualized holistic whole body approach towards your unique health needs and goals. Packages include dietary assessment and body analysis, personalized nutrition plans, nutrition education, progress tracking and lifestyle support over a series of visits in-person or video.   • Every client receives a fully customized experience and program based on their unique health, dietary and lifestyle needs. This is not a one-size fits all program. 

  • Once you become a client, a packet of information and health forms will be sent to you. Please follow the directions and complete the health assessment documents prior to your first session. Reach out if you have questions regarding the material.

  • Each client receives supplement recommendations based on dietary needs, goals and lab work. 

  • Yes. Dietary recommendations will be tailored towards your needs. The Daily Detox honors your desires to try new ways of eating and honors religious dietary protocols.

  • The Initial Nutrition Assessment:

    A deep dive into past medical history, nutrition history, food recalls, lab work analysis, and pertinent nutrition education for phase 1 of the client plan.

    The Post Initial Nutrition Assessment:

    Booked 7-14 days after the first appointment. During this session we will build on the nutrition information with a nutrition education, Q&A time, review additional lab work if available and review your nutrition protocol. Clients walk away from this session feeling fully organized and excited to continue.

    The Follow-Up Appointments

    Helps to continuously fine tune your nutrition and lifestyle protocol + adding accountability and success with goals. It is important to add on additional follow-ups if you are working towards a 2-3 month health goal and would like to stay focused with added support.

  • Yes, any of the 3 packages can be customized for prenatal and postpartum programs. One of the specialities offered is Women's Health and Fertility Nutrition, specifically highlighting nutrition protocol when trying to conceive, and nutrition therapy during pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Yes, I offer a 15 minute complimentary call to assess if the programs offered are a good fit for their needs, and vice versa. It is a great opportunity for a potential client to ask questions and learn what it would be like to work 1-on-1 with a Registered Dietitian.

  • Life happens and we understand. A client has 12-months to use any package purchased. Please ask for your account to be placed on pause if needed.

  • It is our policy to charge for office visits that are missed or cancelled without a 24-hour notice. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a package is purchased a client must use it or forfeit the purchase price.
